Each year, our hard working Charity Committee elects a different charity to concentrate their fundraising efforts on. In 2009, they elected the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service.

The Royal Flying Doctor’s Service is a particularly deserving charity, which provides aeromedical emergency and primary health care services, together with communication, education and assistance to people who live, work and travel in regional Australia.

Throughout the year, numerous fundraising events are held, in the form of raffles, day trips away, and a charity "Christmas in July" dinner, held in July.  Proceeds from all fundraising events are donated directly to the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service.
